06年成军的俄罗斯氛围厄运金属乐队THE MORNINGSIDE，起始于Thrash/Death风格，因受KATATONIA与OPETH影响，逐渐转型，并签约于当地BadMoodMan厂牌于07年发行第一张专辑“The Wind, the Trees and the Shadows of the Past“，对于首发专辑主唱唱功不错，音乐赋有现代感，偏重旋律与氛围，因此于09年打铁趁热发行了第二张” Moving Crosscurrent Of Time“，该专辑在网络上流散速度很快，而音乐部分以可听性强，灰色基调为主而有可能获得更多听众支持。
